AustralianWillKit.com.au publishes general information about making a will in Australia: state rules, witnesses, costs and powers of attorney. We don't run a contact form and we don't collect personal details, so this page sets out who we are, what we can help with and how to tell us about a mistake.

This is general information, not legal advice. Will and power of attorney rules differ by state and territory. For advice on your situation, speak to a lawyer or your state's Public Trustee. AustralianWillKit.com.au is an independent guide operated by Dominet BV. We aren't a law firm, we don't sell wills or kits, and we don't draft wills. No link on this site is an affiliate link right now. We may earn a commission from will providers in future when a reader buys through a link on this site. If that happens we'll label those links and explain it in our affiliate disclosure, and it won't change the facts we publish. Rules, fees and prices were checked on official and provider websites on 30 October 2026 and can change. Read our general information notice.

Who runs AustralianWillKit.com.au

AustralianWillKit.com.au is run by Dominet BV, Panamalaan 7D, 1019 AS Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 75389517).

What we are, and what we are not

AustralianWillKit.com.au is an independent information site. It isn't a law firm, a Public Trustee or a will provider. We don't sell wills or kits, draft wills or store wills, and we can't see any will or account you have with a provider.

Questions about your own will or an estate

We can't give advice on your will, check a will you've written, or help with an estate. For advice, speak to a lawyer or your state's Public Trustee. Your state's Legal Aid service may also be able to help. Our state pages link each official body: NSW, Victoria, Queensland, WA, SA, Tasmania, ACT and NT.

Questions about a provider

If you bought a will or a power of attorney from a provider, contact that provider directly through its own website. It holds your account and can act on it.
